When family flies into sunny San Diego for the holidays, their first impression is your home. You don't need a full deep clean—just a focused effort on key areas. Start with the guest bathroom and bedroom. These are their private spaces, and cleanliness here speaks volumes.
The Guest Bathroom Deep Dive
This is non-negotiable. Scour the shower and tub, ensuring no soap scum or mildew. Polish the mirror until it's streak-free. Restock with fresh towels, a new bar of soap, and an unopened tube of toothpaste (a thoughtful touch). Empty the trash can completely. Wipe down all surfaces, including the often-grimy base of the toilet and behind the faucet.
The Guest Bedroom Reset
